Notes: rep ranges 6-15 depending on the exercise. I rarely go to absolute failure when it comes to compound movements. The risk vs reward calculation is not favorable IMO.

My health story: Back in January 2023, I felt broken. Low energy, skin issues, carrying 25+ lbs of excess fat. Through careful research, smart training and nutrition, I battled to get myself to the lowest body fat % I've been in over 20 years. I've largely overcome my skin and energy challenges.
My career story: Formerly an Adweek Executive and Media Entrepreneur, now owner of BodyCircuit, I pivoted my career to focus on inspiring and coaching people from all walks of life to make positive performance strides in their respective health journeys. As such, I'm also the Co-Founder of BodyStack :)
